How to Find Us

By Car

When coming on the A3 from the west (Frankfurt) take exit "Heidingsfeld" towards "Stadtmitte". Follow the main road to the exit towards "Gerbrunn - Frauenland" (2nd traffic light). Then follow theRottendorfer Straße and the signs towards "Universitätsgelände Am Hubland".

Coming from the east (Nürnberg) leave the A3 at the exit "Rottendorf" and drive towards Würzburg. After passing Rottendorf and shortly before passing the power-station follow signs to "Gerbrunn" and "Uni-Hubland".

On the campus Am Hubland you can find the Center for IT Services on the Theodor-Boveri-Weg, a ring around campus, following the signs to the "Rechenzentrum". We are located across from the distinctivly high chimney of the building for Technical Services.

Mit der Bahn

Vom Würzburger Hauptbahnhof aus gelangen Sie mit der Buslinie 14 in Richtung Gerbrunn (Haltestelle "Mathematisches Institut") direkt zum Universitätsgelände. Von der Haltestelle aus folgen Sie den Fußwegen auf dem Campusgelände in Richtung Blockheizkraftwerk. Das Rechenzentrum befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Zentrum für angewandte Energieforschung (ZAE). Bei den Online Informationen des Würzburger Verkehrsverbundes findet sich der Fahrplan der Buslinie 14.
