The IT Support of the IT Services is the central point of contact for all students and employees of the university regarding IT services at JMU.

If you have questions about IT services, need to report problems or simply want to get information, IT Support is your first point of contact.

In many cases, IT Support can answer your query directly. We forward specialist questions and problems directly to the responsible department in IT Services. Contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. For on-site advice, you are welcome to visit IT Support in person.
